Nasrid Charm

Description

Daraxa's Mirador (Mirador de Daraxa), Nasrid Palace, Alhambra in Granada. There is a poem among the inscriptions that decorate its jambs, as well as a skirting board with black, white and yellow tiles, which is especially beautiful because of the fineness and skill that were needed to make it.

The inside of the mirador is a rectangular little room, with two lateral arches and a double arch at the entrance looking at Daraxa's Patio. Above the big windows there are pointed arches of mocarabes, on the decorations of which there are inscriptions praising God and Mohammed V, as well as poems.
